Short Statement: The Agency is requesting an adjustment increase of 7,061 burden hours from 52,016 to 59,077.00 hours. This increase is the result of an estimated increase of 5% in the number of potentially exposed employees. The total estimated number of establishments affected by the regulation decreased from 13,849 to 13,135, a total adjustment of 714 less establishments, based on updated data. The operation and maintenance costs have increased from $7,388,465 to $8,892,917.28, a total increase of $1,504,452.28, as a result of increases in estimated employees and costs for exposure monitoring badges.
