Short Statement: There are adjustments/decreases to this information collection. The total number of respondents decreased from 428 to 60 (-368), total annual responses increased from 2,143 to 2,665 (+522) and the total annual burden hours increased from 7,411 hours to 9,039 hours (+1,628 hours). Also, the total annual cost for outside counsel decreased from $7,200.00 to $0.00 (-$7,200.00). Theses change are due to a re-estimate of the number of responses given the (1) increasing number of 800 MHz licensees that have completed 800 MHz rebanding, (2) decreasing number of licensees that have filed interference complaints, and (3) the increasing number of prior coordination responses stemming from the rising number of 800 MHz Public Safety and CII licensees. There are no program changes.
