Abstract:
This is a request for an approval of a substantive change for the ARMS II and ARMS III surveys. The ARMS II and III rice versions have been postponed until 2021. The ARMS III questionnaires have had several changes to the research questions added through a cooperative agreement with ERS. The changes to the ARMS III questionnaires are mostly clerical and do not impact the burden. The postponement of the two rice questionnaires to next year do not change the annual average respondent burden that was approved in the previous approval.
