Short Statement:
One program change has occurred since the previous approval in November 2017. NASS discontinued publishing data for operations with less than five colonies in 2018, referencing data for calendar year 2017. The remainder of the changes to burden and responses are due to adjustments in the sample sizes to reflect changes in the target population.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
