Short Statement: When this collection began, it was unclear how many Letters of Attestation would be submitted, so we provided our best estimate based on the number of shipments that we through would require a letter of attestation. However, this turned out to be an over-estimate. Over the three-month period from April 13, 2020 through July 15, 2020, 42 letters were submitted. Therefore, we expect to receive approximately 168 letters over the course of a full calendar year.
