Abstract:
The DFC Serbia-Kosovo Investment Portal will be the principal document used by DFC to screen the viability of potential of projects for DFC financing as part of the implementation of the Serbia-Kosovo Economic Normalization Agreement.
Emergency Justfication:
The DFC is requesting emergency clearance for a new information collection in order to launch a new DFC Serbia-Kosovo Investment Portal featuring an online screening tool for external parties to submit potential project information prior to submitting a formal application. In DFC's experience, this is the core information necessary to complete screening. DFC requests that OMB approve the new application by September 22, 2020 so as to begin utilization while parties are currently abroad, with the intent to complete the regular clearance process for public comment soon after.
