Short Statement: The estimated hourly burden associated with Form N-CR has decreased from 315 hours to 51 hours (a decrease of 264 hours). The estimated external cost burden associated with Form N-CR has decreased from $31,080 to $6,111. The decrease in burden hours and external burden costs for compliance with rule 30b1-8 and Form N-CR is attributable to a decrease in the estimated number of reports filed on Form N-CR each year.
