Short Statement: Burden hours and respondent burden account for BLS annual wage adjustments. Also, the estimated burden accounts for the addition of the GPD Case Management grants (38 CFR 61.90-98, adopted as a final rule on 6/26/2019) and for the sunset of Technical Assistance grants. Compliance reports no longer have an associated burden. Compliance information is captured elsewhere and therefore is not repeated in order to avoid duplication.
