Abstract:
In order to comply with the regulations set forth in 6 CFR ยง 27.400, information must be collected from chemical facility owners and operators. In the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards all owners and operators will enable to have the ability to safeguard their Chemical-terrorism Vulnerability Information (CVI) and by law receives protection from public disclosure and misuse.
