Short Statement: The total burden hours changed from the previous PRA as the GIW collection is being moved from the application collection to the registration collection. The GIWs are completed between the registration process and the application process. Additionally, the total number of respondents is subject to change annually due to CoCs merging or splitting and with newly created CoCs due to authorizing language expanding eligibility (e.g., FY 2021 appropriations language authorizing the Indian Tribes and TDHEs eligibility to form CoCs, submit CoC Consolidated applications, and project applications).
