Abstract:
The NIH needs to collect information on individuals who wish to volunteer their services (Special Volunteers) or wish to use NIH facilities for part of their research (Guest Researchers) to assess their eligibility and match to existing intramural NIH research programs.

Short Statement:
This is an Extension of a currently approved information collection request. There are no program changes or adjustments. The slight increase in burden is due to adjustments made in calculation which was inadvertently done wrong previously.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
