There is a reduction of 1,546,300 respondents due to an observed decrease in the number of account information updates and banking information updates processed both online and with assistance from Customer Support. This results in a reduction of 200,246 hours due to changes in agency estimates, for a new total of 151,070 hours.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
