Short Statement: The increases in responses and burden hours account for grantees who did not receive funding under section 18004(a)(2) of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act but will be eligible to apply for similar funding under section 314(a)(2) of the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 (CRRSAA). We have estimated five burden hours per applicant for those applying under CRRSAA, which includes time for completion and submission of the certification and agreement, as well as subsequent reporting in accordance with CRRSAA requirements.
