Based on the most currently available data to the Commission, the total number of respondents increased from 4,294 to 4,477 (+183), the total annual responses increased from 4,510 to 4,739 (+229) and the total annual burden hours increased from 31,668 to 32,492 (+824). There are no program changes to this collection.
