Abstract:
This information generated by this collection is used to (1) evaluate contractor proposals for modifications, (2) determine whether the contractor has provided notice and removed obstructions to navigation, (3) review contractor requests for payment for mobilization and demobilization, and (4) determine status of an offeror as a U.S. or foreign firm in two provisions in accordance with section 112 of the Military Construction and Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2015 (Division I of Pub. L. 113-235).

The change in burden is the result of using: (1) actual data from the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) and Electronic Data Access (EDA) system for the most recent complete fiscal year (2019); and (2) the current Office of Personnel Management General Schedule hourly labor rates for calendar year 2021 to calculate the cost per hour.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
