Abstract:
The purpose of this effort is to conduct a survey to identify the public’s perceptions about the use of emerging technologies. The information from this survey will be used to provide guidance for using these technologies in a way that the public supports. Understanding public perceptions of emerging technology is critical to acquiring, fielding, and supporting technology that will have widespread adoption by the public.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
