Short Statement: Net increase in burden reflects decrease in respondent count as well as alignment with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau resulting from burden modernization effort. Methodology for estimating burden for disclosures was revised to provide additional clarity and transparency into the calculation (disclosure burden is estimated using the estimated average number of lease contracts each Board-supervised institution initiates annually).
