Abstract:
This new request will enable the U.S. Agency for International Development (hereafter “the Agency”) to act in accordance with OMB Circular A-11 Section 280 to ultimately transform the experience of its customers to improve both efficiency and mission delivery, and increase accountability by communicating about these efforts with the public.

This is a new collection that is being put into place to comply with Executive Order 12862 that requires government agencies to “survey customers to determine the kind and quality of services they want and their level of satisfaction with existing services.”
