Short Statement:
The total annual time burden associated with this collection has increased by 21 hours annually and the total annual cost burden has increased by $1,517. The total number of annual responses has increased by 41. The increase in the annual cost burden is attributable to a change in the wage rate used in our burden calculation as well as the increased number of annual responses. In the current PRA package, we use an adjusted hourly wage of $114.24. We made this change because most surveyors are RNs, but when working as a surveyor, we believe they are performing the job of Medical and Health Services Manager as defined by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics at https://www.bls.gov/oes/current/oes119111.htm.
