Short Statement: We updated the burden data per response to 1 hour for each information collection (the CFR citation requirements), to show the estimated time it takes for respondents to read the requirements, gather the data, and submit their responses. This updated burden estimate per response more accurately shows the estimated time per respondent to submit their Federal Tort Claim Act response based on SSA's current management information data.
