Abstract:
VA Form 26-1880 is an application for a certificate of eligibility for home loan benefits authorized by 38 U.S.C. chapter 37, provides military service periods and previous guaranteed loan information, if any, to facilitate determinations on entitlement required by 38 U.S.C. 3702(a), (b) and (c).

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
