Abstract:
Circumstances that make the collection of information necessary. This information collection supports the implementation of the Acquisition 360 Voluntary Survey tool through the clause at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.201-XX Acquisition 360: Voluntary Survey. The clause encourages actual and potential offerors to provide feedback to agencies on their pre-award and debriefing process using a Government-provided survey questionnaire.

Description/Changes for Common Form Usage:
This information collection uses the common form method to calculate the public burden hours. GSA's information is used for the initial number of responses for the collection. In the future, each executive branch agency will provide information on the number of times vendors have partaken in the voluntary survey with their agency, and this information will be included in the renewal of the collection at that time.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
