Short Statement: There is no change in the information collection requirements covered under OMB Control Number 0704-0397. The change in burden is the result of using data from the Federal Procurement Data System for the most recent three fiscal years (2018 through 2020) and the current Office of Personal Management General Schedule hourly labor rates for calendar year 2021.
