Short Statement: The Department is requesting a revision of the current information collection. We are identifying an upward adjustment in the number of respondents (+50), in the number of assignment forms being filed (+37,129), and the hours associated with the assignment process (+18,565) based on the collection information available on use of the form and process for 2019. There have been no changes to the regulations. The burden change is an adjustment based on a re-estimation of usage of the form.
