Abstract:
This information collection is used by the U.S. Department of Education to gather annual performance and financial data from eligible agencies under the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 as amended by the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Public Law 115-224). We are proposing to revise the ICR to remove the option to report enrollment and performance data via the EDFacts system, amend the Fiscal Responsibility section of the Narrative Performance Report to collect additional data about subgrants and their recipients, and to make clarifying changes to some of the instructions.
