Information collected on HUD Form 60002-A will be analyzed by HUD staff to determine the overall effectiveness of the Department’s enforcement of the regulatory requirements at 24 CFR § 75, and to track the percentage of labor hours performed by section 3 workers and targeted section 3 workers.
