In recent years, the total number of respondents for EEM has trended down. This represents a lower usage by Lenders for this government program, as they increased access to credit through conventional markets and other FHA insurance programs such as the Section 203(k) Rehabilitation Mortgage Insurance program. the 60-day FR notice was published with the wrong OMB as 2502-0651- but the information in the 60-day FR notice is corrected.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
