Abstract:
The Federal Communications Commission (Commission) is requesting that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approve a delegated extension of OMB Control No. 3060-0686 titled, “International Section 214 Authorization Process and Tariff Requirements – 47 CFR Sections 63.10, 63.11, 63.13, 63.18, 63.19, 63.21, 63.22, 63.24, 63.25 and 1.1311.” Please see the non-substantive change request justification for the reason behind this change request submission being made to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
