Abstract:
For the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, entitlement communities are required to keep records of activities. These records include definitions of conditions, certifications of activities/plans and other items. This paperwork submission addresses the record keeping and reporting requirements for the CDBG program.

This is a reinstatement with change of a currently approved collection for the CDBG entitlement program which was increased to 565,812 in 2018 because of the increase in the number of CDBG entitlement grantees. On or around July 1 of every year, the Census Bureau issues updated population estimates

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
