Short Statement: The Agency is requesting an adjustment decrease in the number of burden hours from 400 to 390, a total reduction of 10 burden hours because there is a decrease in the estimated number of injury reports caused by mechanical power presses (from 1,190 to 1,170). The larger reduction in the number of respondents is to fix a previous clerical error.
