The Farm Service Agency (FSA), Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS), Risk Management Agency (RMA), and the Business Center (BC) currently manages the Volunteer Program and requesting to use the OF 301 forms in order to increase the number of volunteers in the Volunteer Program.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
