Abstract:
The Transactions Among Licensee/Permittees and Transactions Among Licensees and Holders of User Permits requires that all explosives licensee/permittees and holders of user permits maintain records of all explosives transactions as outlined in 27 CFR 555.103, for compliance with the Safe Explosives Act.

The adjustments associated with this collection include a decrease in the total respondents and responses to this collection from 50,000 in 2018, to 46,500 currently. On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
