Abstract:
Information requested of offerors is specific to each procurement solicitation, and is required for Treasury to properly evaluate the capabilities and experience of potential contractors who desire to provide the supplies or services to be acquired. Evaluation will be used to determine which proposal most benefit the Government.

There is decrease of 2,835 respondents due to a change in the number of proposals estimated to be submitted to Treasury based on current data. However, the estimated burden for each contract has been increased to 10.4 hours (from 9 hours previously), resulting in an increase of 3,783 hours in the estimated total annual burden.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
