Terms of Clearance:
In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for three years. OMB reminds the Agency, however, it should consult with up to 9 outside entities at least once every 3 years even if the collection of information has not changed. Additionally, OMB requests that the Agency try to use the most up-to-date wage information available when calculating costs.

This Information Collection Request provides a process by which permit holders, operators, and solicited applicants may appeal certain written decisions issued by a Responsible Official involving a written instrument authorizing the occupancy or use of National Forest System lands and resources.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
