Short Statement: Two forms are being removed from this filing - Shelter and Temporary Essential Power Survey (519-0-50) and Shelter and Temporary Essential Power Survey (519-0-51). This will result in a program decrease of 320 overall burden hours due to discontinuing the Shelter and Temporary Essential Power (STEP) Survey. All other surveys in the collection had minimal changes in the expected number of respondents and minimal cost increases due to wage rate increases.
