In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for three years. OMB requests, given that physical submission of the information is currently the only available option, that the shipping costs and transport to the post office be considered in capital cost calculations. OMB also requests that digital submission options be evaluated and considered for the next ICR. OMB additionally reminds the agency that, according to 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3), the burden statement on a form should include the reason for the collection, whether it is voluntary or mandatory (and by what authority), and a contact for burden comments. Lastly, OMB would like to remind the agency of the requirements, in accordance with 1320.5(a)(1)(iii) (G), to submit copies of the statutory authority to collect the information, and the statute that allows the authority to collect information.
