Abstract:
Section 29 CFR 1926.50(f) requires employers to post emergency telephone numbers at the worksite if the 911 emergency telephone service is not available. Section 29 CFR 1926.250(a)(2) requires that employers post the maximum safe load limits of floors located in storage areas inside buildings or other structures unless the floors are on grade.

The Agency is requesting an adjustment increase in burden hours from 36,919 hours to 55,184 hours with a difference of 18,265 hours. The burden hours increased due to an increase in the number of construction sites from 707,776 to 885,922 construction sites.
