The burden for Rev Proc 2006-10 has decreased due to better estimates on the number of respondents. This decreased the number of responses by -116,430 and decreased the total burden hours by -11,163, due to the adjustment in Agency estimate.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
