Terms of Clearance: In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for 3 years. Short Statement: The reduction in estimated burden hours and time burden is the slow ramp-up of this program. The Agency has heard repeatedly that applicants are interested in the program but are unable to find lenders that are interested or understand the business line. While application numbers are slowly increasing, the Agency felt it prudent to reduce respondent numbers which spilled to all aspects of the collection and ultimately reduced the annual time burden.
