Short Statement: The burden decrease on the responses for the vegetable surveys resulted from the removal of the New Mexico Chile Survey (merged with the end of season vegetable survey) as well as separating the data collection plan (number of mailings). The burden was shifted to the non-response (-795 hours). The burden increase on the non-response resulted from the explicit data collection methodology including multiple mailings (+1101 hours).
