Short Statement:
Program changes include updates for a planned hydrography data acquisition program similar to 3DEP, with commensurate updates to the burden hours. Cost burdens have been updated based on additional proposals, June 2022 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage information, and FY22 Federal wage tables. Initial submission also did not include monthly report and final report burden hours (but were included on SSA). These ICs have been added for accurate burden hours.
