Abstract:
Talent Search grantees must submit the report annually. The report provides the Department of Education with information needed to evaluate a grantee's performance and compliance with program requirements and to award prior experience points in accordance with the program regulations. The data collection is also aggregated to provide national information on project participants and program outcomes. The requested revisions include updating the form has been revised to collect information about activities related to the Competitive Preference Priorities that were used in the most recent competition, but there are no changes in burden or responses associated with this update.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
