The estimated internal burden hours associated with Form N-8B 2 have increased from 28 hours to 38 hours (an increase of 10 hours). In addition, the cost burden associated with Form N-8B-2 has increased from $10,300 to $11,292 (an increase of $992). The changes in burden hours and external cost burdens reflect the estimates of the time burden and external costs that would result from our proposed amendments that would add disclosure requirements to Form N-8B-2.
