Short Statement: Increases were due to estimates based on the most recent 3-year program usage, requirement to register in SAM which removed forms and new common forms which removed some of the burden. These changes resulted in an increase of 990 respondents, 5,696 responses and 3,948 hours. The additional increase of 2,452 responses and 2,467 hours is due to removing one of the ICs from the previous submission as new guidance from desk officer was to only have 1 IC.
