Short Statement: The Agency has seen a decrease in the number of applications for this grant program over the last several years. This submission reflects a decrease in the average number of annual respondents from 82 to 73 (FY20-FY21 average). The decrease in respondents resulted in an adjustment decrease of 834 burden hours from 13,380 to 12,286 hours.
