Short Statement: This revision removes one form, adds one new form, revises three forms, and includes an updated Privacy Impact Assessment for the CIRB. The burden from the previously approved submission was 151,792 hours and with these changes, it has decreased to 151,769 hours. The net change is a decrease of 23 hours. The decrease in total burden hours is because of the removal of the CTSU Systems Account form.
