Short Statement: In 2019, the total burden hours were estimated at 3,475 hours. The current estimation is reduced to 2,435 which represents a total decrease of 1,040 hours because we adjusted our 107(c) petition estimate downward from a total of 25 to 5, and the 109(b) petition estimate downward from a total of 10 to 5. This decrease in the burden hours is due to adjustments in the estimated petitions which is based on information from the Office of the Managing Director (OMD) when OMD updated application fees recently. There are no program changes.
