This information collection supports implementation of Sections 503A and 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) - which governs pharmacy compounding and outsourcing facilities. The requirements include reporting, recordkeeping, and disclosures.

To account for revising the information collection to include registration of outsourcing facilities and reporting of drugs, we have adjusted the estimated burden by an increase of 8,111 responses and 214 hours annually. Upon OMB approval we intend to discontinue control no. 0910-0827.
