Short Statement: Adjustments are as follows: There was an increase in the average number of new and revised programs submitted (9 to 20) resulting in an increase of 5 burden hours (from 5 to 10). A corresponding increase occurred in the number of respondents (9 to 20) and responses (9 to 20). Previously, costs for the smoking prevention program periodic reviews performed in the district offices and at the mines had not been captured. Respondents: The number of respondents increased from 9 to 20 due to the inclusion of revised smoking prevention programs. Responses: The number of responses increased from 9 to 20 due to the increased number of respondents. Burden Hours: The number of burden hours increased from 5 to 10 due to the increases in respondents. Respondent or Recordkeeper Costs: The estimated annual respondent or recordkeeper costs remain at $0.
