Abstract:
VA Form 21-8951-2 is used by reservists/guardsmen to file a waiver for VA disability benefits to receive active or inactive duty training pay. The law prohibits concurrent payment of training pay and VA benefits. Without this information, determination of a waiver for VA benefits in lieu of military pay would not be possible.
